Each product is displayed inclusive of VAT, prices do not include delivery charges. In the cart you can see the total price including shipping and payment.

We accept payment through Paypal. Paypal guarantees that every purchase will be safe and that your payment details are protected. If you don’t have a Paypal account, credit cards are accepted at check out. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Gentlemen’s Ace sends all orders from Sweden. We ship to ALL international destinations – if your country is not on our destination list – please contact. It is every customer’s own responsibility to pay taxes and import duties when ordering from outside the EU.

All orders are shipped by Posten and you will receive shipment information from Posten via SMS or email when your order is dispatched. Gentleace will charge an administrative fee for non claimed packages.

  • International Shipping 0 SEK

We offer free shipping on all orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To arrange a return, please email info(at)gentlace.com. Products may be returned by the original purchaser and within 14 working days of initial receipt. Gentlemen’s Ace shall, subject to our return policy, repay what you paid for the product and / or service as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days after the product is returned. You are obligated to pay the shipping cost of return. Gentlemen’s Ace will pay to ship replacement products. All products must be returned in their original packaging and the packaging and product may not be broken or in any other way damaged. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
